BRIEF
ZA Banana wanted to become a household name in South Africa and encourage consumers to buy local bananas instead of imported ones.
WHAT WE DID
We created the brand story from scratch, showcasing the farmers and people behind ZA Banana through social content, authentic farm footage, and engaging graphics. Redesigned the banana sticker with a QR code and ran two major giveaway campaigns, amplified with paid advertising.
RESULTS
- Reached over 1 million people nationwide
- Gave away R30,000+ in prizes
- Helped shift consumer behaviour toward local bananas
- Strengthened brand recognition, making ZA Banana a household name
- Engagement on QR code scans went from only 300 scans to over 22 000 with the redesign of the product stickers
